I can't recommend Crabb Curtis enough! Matt was actually the agent for the property we were buying, but put in a huge amount of work in to get our own sale through, that should have been done by our own estate agents, but wasn't. He did everything within his power to push through the sale of our property when our agents failed to do their job. He really did go above & beyond! We have a rental property to sell & we'll now be selling this with Matt, as we have experience of his diligence, particularly when a sale hits a challenging point

Five stars for Crabb Curtis! Managing a rental property from abroad can be incredibly stressful, but for the past five years, Danny and the team have given my wife and me complete peace of mind. They handle the full management of our property with absolute professionalism.

Matt was really easy to deal with, kept things moving and was always helpful and accommodating when I needed anything. The whole process felt very smooth from my side, which isn’t always the case when buying a house.

As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect from the house buying process, having heard plenty of horror stories. Thankfully, Crabb Curtis made the whole experience feel straightforward and far less stressful than I imagined.
